KULTAINENTALO OY 2941970-2 (hereinafter online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the products in the Shopping Cart in the online store’s checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Bambora’s online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Bambora forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the online store customer and the online store. Online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through the PayForm service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for a company.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online paying on the app settings. Payments made with MobilePay wallet will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Jousto Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and no-cost payment period. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 eur / month. The cost of the Jousto installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. Delivery

Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom-made products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online store checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.

Product returns

The customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. If you want to return or exchange the products, first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number in the return for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints

Prior to delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice sent by e-mail.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
